In the end year of 2005,We started develop a Media Poly Box Automatic Jointing Machine. We found most brand poly box outer sleeve welding machine can only work with 14mm dvd box or 9mm/7mm slimline dvd box but cannot work with poly cd cases which some times always need a outer sleeve to hold a paper works also. further more, we found all dvd box sleeve jointing machine are not working stable. After our studing we found out that all the dvd poly case or cd poly cases manufacturer and developer are not very familiar with this business line, so cannot fully meet our demands. So we decided develop a machine that can welding all poly media cases and working more stable.2006, this machine came out:JNX200A Automatic DVD.PP Box outer sleeve jointing machine.

In the following days we will develop 2 kinds of DVD.PP Box packaging machines. one is DVD Automatic Packaging Machine ( DVD Box Automatic Assembly Machine) and another one is DVD.PP Box Overwrapping Machine.Most of the Automation Assembly Machines like Gima,Ilsemann and Kyoto can only work with good quality DVD/CD Case and most of the Cases made in China in PP recycle material cannot run through the dvd packaging machines. In this way 90% DVD Cases made in China have to pack manually. DVD Case made in China have to match a DVD Case Assembly machine made in China and this machine can work with all Poly Cases from poly cd case to 14mm dvd cases and both high quality and normal quality made in PP recycle material. This is the machine on our minds and we are going to work out.
