electromechanics/machine in order to insure the
stability of the machine production, we have
used PLC control system of Mitsubishi of Japan
in the control part and add a pneumatic switch
protect in the wind pressure. when the wind
pressure is higher than rated pressure, the
pneumatic switch will start automatically and
decrease the high pressure wind power to rated
pressure. When the air pressure is lower than
rated pressure, the pneumatic switch will send
the signal to the control panel. 'when the
machine is stopped, the stopped reason will be
shown on the screen. |

panel uses man-machine touching screen. the
interface is clear. the functions are complete
and the control is convenient. |

Half-finished product conveying system-Products
belt conveying and feeding system,the storage
capacity of half-finished products is large,the
half-finished products conveying system,after
taking the signal that the half-finished product
in the field of waiting for processing is less
than the preset quantity,will convey the
half-finished product in the next field to the
processing field to process, belt conv eying
system is also fit for the product which is
distorted greatly, during the conveying process,
it won't block the box and will convey to its
normal position, the change of the conveying
method is an important improvement in the same
industry. |

For the Adaptability of the different
type product-
For the disparate development of the product,we
have improved the machine production greatly in
conveying the product which its wdth is between
120 and 200mm,we have changed to stepless
regulation, in the product fitting, for the
products which its thickness is between 5mm and
15mm, the regulation method is changed to
unlimited, simple and fast regulation method is
helpful for changing the product. |
